From Kenneth Branagh’s Hamlet (Branagh as Hamlet)
Kenneth Branagh’s portrayed of hamlet was believable. Kenneth really exhaustion of hamlet was very interesting. He made himself felt like he was really hamlet. The music in the back ground make the scene even more excited to watch. I like the way he approach the mirror. The knife in his hands made him look dangerous. I love his appearance. It’s something about his blonde hair, and his all black cloths that make him just pop out of the scene.
From Kevin Kline’s Hamlet (Kline as Hamlet)
I like Kline scene, even it seem very dead. His actions said a lot. He remained me of a person on drugs. He hands was always wrap around his waist while he was talking. His movement made me wonders about a lot of things. For example his state of mind, is he nervous ECT. Kline seem like he had a lot of grief, gloominess, and sorrow.
From Tony Richard’s Hamlet (Nicol William as Hamlet)
I was not favorable of Richard’s part as hamlet. I felt he could have done a better job. However the scene was ok. Richard looks very dirty in the scene. He seem very terrify, rage, fascination. He reminded me of a homeless person searching for food. Their determination of finding money or something to eat gets the best of their ability.
From Franco Zefirelli’s Hamlet (Mel Gibson as Hamlet)
In the clips Me Gibson was showing a lot of frustration, irritation, misery, and gloomy. Mel Gibson is a very talented actor. I love the scene when the tears was forming in his eyes and he pause for a few seconds. Mel Gibson makes the scene very realistic for me. I would not wait to hear what else he had to say. The area for the scene was perfect. His attire was amazing and it makes the scene more interesting to watch. I love his body movement. He falls to his knees and them he started to walk around. He never stood still. He was always moving about. He had so much affection and desire in his eyes.
From Yukio Ninagawa; s Hamlet (Fujiwara Tatsuya as hamlet)
Even though I could not understand a word Ninagawa was saying I love his action of the play. I thought he was very funny. The way he kept on jumping from fence to fence. He came out scaring. He was just silly to me. The scene was very interesting to me anyway. At first I thought he was just nuts and funny. The scene was scary everything was black and the big fences around him. He started to yell at his friends. I really like the music in the back ground.
