I don’t agree with the decision that Hamlet made because I don’t believe in taking another human being life. However being that it’s a Shakespeare play I would have taken both of their lives. On the other hand, I do understand where hamlet is coming from with his decision. Hamlet feels betrayed by his own friends. If hamlet did not make the decision to kill both Rosencrantz and Guildenstern he would have been the victim. He made the decision to kill or be killed. No one wants to lose their life so of course the decision will be very easy to make. Rosencrantz was in love with Ophelia he wanted to be the one she marry. Claudius, Polonius, Rosencrantz, and Guildenstern wanted to get Hamlet out of the way. Hamlet realizes that Rosencrantz and Guildenstern were not the most honest friends he had. They would trade his friendship for money. He did have a right to kill them because their purpose for wanting Hamlet dead is because they were being very greedy.
The decision that Hamlet made about killing his friends Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, really defines what kind of character hamlet really is. He is very witty, dangerous, and no one should cross his path. When it’s necessary Hamlet never runs from a battle. That makes him a very strong person. Hamlet is the kind of character that you always need to keep an eye on. He very sneaky about his plans and he are not afraid to put them in action. It just goes to show us that never judge a book by its cover. Hamlet may seem unwise but he is very smart, strong, and very clever.

I agree--you should never lose sight of Hamlet. He is quite the loose cannon
